Baysouni (Scallywag)
Baysouni was born with one back leg facing the wrong way which made movement extremely difficult.
He was adopted to the UK where the original diagnosis was that a UK vet might be able to reverse the direction of his leg. However, the long surgery would prove risky given that he was also discovered to have a potential heart condition.

Eventually the decision was made to remove part of the leg as it was beginning to weigh on his body as he raced around. Brave as ever, Baysouni underwent the surgery and has been recuperating well with physiotherapy for the past few months. His owner tells me that his disability has had little effect on his enthusiasm for life.
